Our cognac is an exclusive blend of vintages dating back to Ibsen's own time 1880.
It is supplied by one of the oldest cognac house in Cognac, and the taste score 97 points of 100.
The ornaments and engravings on the neck of the decanter were made by A/S Th. Marthinsen Sølvvarefabrikk in Tønsberg, goldsmiths since 1883. They supplied among other things the medals for the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952 and Lillehammer in 1994.

"Henrik Ibsen No.1" - Grande Champagne Cognac was launched in 2006 to mark the centennial of the death of Henrik Ibsen. The stock available will be limited to 2006 numbered decanters, each in an exclusive wooden box with draped silk and a certificate of authenticity.
